Notice of Adopted Election Resolution
A poll-site election for a board seat on the Spokane Conservation District will be held on March 10, 2020 at the District office located at 210 N Havana Street, Spokane, Washington. Polls will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. Registered voters who reside within the Spokane Conservation District boundary are eligible to vote. Candidates must be registered voters residing in the Spokane Conservation District boundary, and may be required to own land or operate a farm.
The candidate filing deadline is February 11, 2020. Elections procedures are available at the district office. Absentee ballots are available upon request for eligible voters, but must be requested on or before 4:00 on February 18, 2020.

Its Board of Supervisors Election Time
Notice of Intent to Adopt Election Resolution
The Spokane Conservation District Board of Supervisors will hold a meeting at 5:00 on January 14, 2020 at 210 N Havana Street, Spokane Washington in the Spokane Conservation District building to adopt a resolution setting the date, time, and location of an election to fill a Conservation District Supervisor’s expiring term. Please note: future election information will be posted ONLY on the Spokane Conservation District web site at www.sccd.org.
A board seat on the Spokane Conservation District is available for appointment by the Washington State Conservation Commission. Conservation district board supervisors are public officials who serve without compensation and set policy and direction for the conservation district. An applicant must be a registered voter in Washington State, and may be required to own land or operate a farm. Applicants for appointed positions do not have to live within the district to apply. Applications and supporting materials must be received by the Commission no later than March 31, 2020.
