Water Resources Publication Library
Here is a listing of the various water resource documents available to the public. They consist of management plans, detailed implementation plans, and project reports and studies, for the various watersheds. For those that are available electronically, you can view and download them online at no charge. Some reports are too old to be scanned are available only by either CD or hard copy at a cost; each cost is listed with its respective report. All publications must be paid for by check, payable to the SCD. Please contact the SCD office to request a hard copy or a CD of a publication(s) or if you have any questions about the document library.
A Chronicle of Latah (Hangman) Creek-Fisheries and Land Use
Completed in partial fulfillment of a 1995 WSCC Water Quality Improvement Grant and contains references to the fisheries & land uses in the watershed.

Biological Assessment of Hangman (Latah) Creek Watershed
Completed in partial fulfillment of a 1995 WSCC Water Quality Improvement Grant; it evaluates the cumulative effects of human disturbance on Hangman Creek utilizing biological metrics from six different sites.
Can be viewed only at the District office.
Detailed Implementation Plan- Hangman (Latah) Creek Watershed
Prepared by the WRIA 56 WIT with the assistance of Sound Resolutions and Cascadia Consulting Group, approved on February 19, 1998; it is designed to be used in coordinating and overseeing the implementation of the 68 recommendations in the WRIA 56 Watershed Management Plan.
