Right Tree-- Right Place

Periodically funds become available to plant trees in a given neighborhood due to donations or removals that cannot be replaced in the same place.

If you have a location in mind where a tree could be planted on public property, please follow this link to recommend it.

Public property could be between the curb and the sidewalk along the street adjacent to yours or someone else's property; in a park, boulevard or on any other city property.

You do not need to have a sidewalk to have Right of Way behind your curb. Right of Way varies from street to street. Once a tree is permitted and planted in the Right of Way, it is then protected for the future by city ordinance.
