Forestry Program
The Forestry Program has many opportunities for those who are interested in assisting us in our efforts to protect and enhance urban and rural forests. Opportunities include planting, pruning, and 'free the trees' stake removal. Volunteers will receive specialized training to help them conduct their work, such as appropriate planting and pruning techniques. Call Garth Davis, Forestry Program Manager, at (509) 535-7274 or email the forester to volunteer.
Water
Resources Volunteer Program
The volunteer program is a valuable asset to the Water Resources Program. Learn more about the work of Water Resources volunteers, including the Volunteer Water Quality Monitoring Program.
