APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. 

Because of a lack of a quorum, no formal decisions were made at this meeting.

Old business

Rick asked for everyone to please fill out their timesheets and turn them in.

Rick opened the floor for public comment. 

Review of load allocations work

Elaine passed out some fecal coliform preliminary results from Joe Joy.  Elaine explained the figures and results.

Daft Submittal Report comments

Rick asked for any comments on the report.  There were none at the meeting and he asked that comments be sent to him.

Discussion on increasing stewardship among stakeholders, who to involve

A meeting for livestock owner was held in Fairfield.  The results were discussed.  A presentation of the water quality issues was given by Elaine at a grower meeting at the CdA casino. 

For streamside landowners and small acreage owners a meeting was set up to be hosted by Bill Sayres.

The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 18, 2006 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Fairfield Community Center.
