Approve Meeting Summary q The meeting summary was approved with two corrected typos. 2. Review Draft 2008-2009 WIT Workplan q The WIT reviewed the following sections of the 2008-09 Workplan: ü Water Conservation; ü Ground Water-Surface Water Interactions; ü Streamflow Augmentation; ü Water Rights; and ü Water Quality Data. q Susan will revise these sections based on WIT comments. q At the next meeting, the WIT will review and finalize the sections on Water Quality Protection, Land Use Compliance and Watershed Restoration. 3. Updates/Other Issues q Ecology staff are working with the City of Spangle on vegetative management issues in Spangle Creek. q Gary would like something in writing describing what information Ecology needs to process new water rights applications in WRIA 56. Sara will look into this. q Reanette has a new map of septic systems in the County. It is a large file (2 MB) so she will only e-mail it to those who request it. Please e-mail Reanette (RBoese@spokanecounty.org) if you would like a copy. 4. Upcoming Meetings q The next WIT meeting will be on Tuesday, July 10th from 10-12 at the SCCD conference room in Spokane. q There will also be a meeting on Tuesday, July 24th from 10-12 at the Harvester Restaurant in Spangle.
