Water Clean Up Plans Water Clean Up or Management Plans describe the type, amount, sources of water pollution in a particular water body; analyze how much the pollution needs to be reduced to achieve clean water; and provide strategies to control pollution.
Clean Water Act The federal Clean Water Act requires states to identify water bodies that do not meet water quality standards designed to ensure the water is healthy for fish and wildlife habitat, agricultural water supplies, recreation and other beneficial uses.
